Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
Kaafi Coffee Bar (“Kaafi”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Reservations and bookings: your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, preferred date and time, and anything you add in the message field.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Usage data: if analytics are enabled, anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request: confirming a table, holding seats for an event or workshop, or sending the newsletter you signed up for. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email service provider acting on our behalf. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation and booking details for as long as we need them to manage your visit and our records, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. For anything else, email hello@kaafi.in.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. If analytics are switched on, they may set cookies to count visits. Embedded maps on our reservations page are provided by Google and may set their own cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page always shows when it last changed.
