Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or make a request through it. By booking with Kaafi, you agree to them.

Table reservations

• A reservation request is confirmed only once we reply by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booked time. After that, we may give the table to walk-ins.
• Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.

Events and workshops

• Seats are confirmed once we reply and, where applicable, payment is received.
• Prices, dates and line-ups shown on the site may change. If we change or cancel something you've booked, we'll let you know and offer a new date or a refund.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start are refunded in full.

Menu and prices

Menu items, prices and availability on the site are for guidance and may differ in the café. Prices are in Indian rupees. If you have allergies or dietary needs, please tell our team before ordering, and see the menu for vegetarian and non-vegetarian marks.

Using this website

The text, design, logos and illustrations on this site belong to Kaafi or are used under licence. Please don't copy them without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free.
