Cupping is how roasters taste coffee: no milk, no sugar, just a spoon and a very loud slurp. We line up single-origins from estates in Chikmagalur, Coorg and Araku and taste them side by side.
No experience needed, just curiosity. You'll learn to pick out fruit, chocolate and spice, and find out what you actually like.
